On my way to work this morning, I heard the Bruce Springsteen song "High Hopes"... my plan was to post that with a commentary about "The Boss" and a few witty quips. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed and things took a turn for... well... let me just say things did not go the way I had hoped.
That being said* I had a good laugh with PinTrish, Namnamnams and Scro over a cider; I was the recipient of a phone-a-friend from Bueno; and the boopins were pleased to see Mumma this afternoon.
People say, they next best thing is in store. And yes, I've had the time of my life. I just wished the ride lasted a little longer. And I'm posting at 3:33 am, which makes my head feel good.
*Shout out to Sparky.

Music Monday (for Bueno) - "Calling Captain Autumn" by Haircut 100
This one is for Bueno.
Because when I first heard this song, I thought they were saying "Calling... Captain... AWESOME!"
And that is what she is.
Who will be there for me on a day-to-day basis to correct my grammar and make sure I don't end a sentence with a preposition? Who will laugh at my stupid jokes and enjoy my bad dancing? What am I going to do when someone says something inappropriate and I snort?
*sigh*
Good luck on the new job Bueno!

Music Monday - Hipster Disney Princess
Adame's birthday was this past weekend. His desire was to meet up at Franconia Brewery in McKinney for the Saturday tour. I said I would go, though Hubster had to get some shut-eye before work. Bueno was going to be there too, so I definitely wanted to catch up outside of work.
I've been to Franconia before with Rhett and Stace; it was a few years ago and I think there was 25 or so of us on the tour. Dennis (the Creator, Developer, Owner and Brew Master) is a passionate speaker and clearly loves the process to make the best beer. When I heard how emphatically he believes in quality control of the beer, I was all the more impressed. Like I said, that was about two years ago. Oh, how things change.
First, I got horrendously lost. I drove 10 miles out of the way on the 75 North, getting stuck in construction going 3 miles an hour; so I had to turn around and go back. Then, I went the right way on 380 but not far enough and was confused and turned around, driving 15 miles in the wrong direction. Somewhere around this point my phone died and I cursed bloody hell. I really regretted not taking the GPS out of the truck, or my phone charger from my other bag... both things that the Hubster had triple asked me before I left that I should grab.
Eventually, I figured it out and made it to Franconia. I was only 35 minutes late but there was still a massive line out the door. What the what?? Apparently, everyone aged 25 - 45 in the metropolis decided to visit today! And not only that, 99% of them were Hipsters.
HIPSTERS? Ohmygodyouhavegottobekiddingme! Here is just an assortment of the Hipster/DBaggery that was on display:
So here's the music for Monday... Hipster Disney Princess.
What else makes a Hipster? Some thought starters:

So here's the music for Monday... Hipster Disney Princess.
What else makes a Hipster? Some thought starters:
- Raising chickens for fresh eggs
- Raising goats to make goat cheese
- Use of Tom's toothpaste
- Playing a banjo
- Calls their hat a "chapeau"
- Refuses to listen to "pop" music
- Can ride a unicycle
- Makes tea by straining leaves through a proper strainer
- Owns multiple bottles of various whiskies
- Calls anything artisanal or says they are an artisan
- Only owns vinyl records

December Wall Quotes
These make touching more fun!
I have a backwards E.T. head.
Dylan brought the balls.
Who brought the Pig Popper?
Just looking at him, I can smell the leather.
Okay! THAT’S OVER! Time of death? SATURDAY!
Hi, I’m Jizzy Jeffcoat.
Big jugs – pause for laughter – of Vermont Maple Syrup.
Is he going to come up or are you going to go down?
You can’t do that to me! I have the brain of a 12 year-old
boy.
These are high end premium balls!
So you don’t care if it is the bastard child of a high end
equity farm and a cow?
You can taste and spit it out but not swallow.

I'M IN CHARGE!!!!
Of the seven people on our work team, four are offsite for various business; leaving only myself, Tom and JJ behind to be all "markety". To add to that, Adame isn't here either, so it's really, really quiet.
I like days like today. I get a lot of random stuff done. Like trimming back my plant.
Stevie* has been looking pretty sad. I think I need to replant with fresh soil so it is getting more nutrients. I opted to cut back its stems and get to the freshy fresh leaves. Maybe if Stevie got REAL light instead of fluorescent, it would do better. As they say in Montreal, "c'est la vie."
* Stevie has not indicated if it is male or female, so we are holding out any assumptions of gender.

A couple of Jebus moments.
Saturday morning I had boot camp with Amazon Amy. Since the weather was “nice” she thought we should start off with some laps around the building. (“Nice” being only 90 degrees.) I had a new, fresh playlist for the hour and it motivated the six of us. It was the usual gang (Red, Mike, Dennis, me) and two n00bs – a black couple in their thirties, didn’t get their names. Mike especially liked it when we got to “The Cave” by Mumford and Sons. Noted! Will get n00bsters names next week. I actually lapped them in the work out, so they're going to need to catch up. I excelled in abs and flexibility, not so much on cardio. I swear, if you removed all this chub, I'd have a rocking six pack.
After the workout, Hubster and I went to Bullet Trap for some funsies. Didn't even shower, went all grubby since I'd get GSR all over me anyway. When we got there, the line was ridiculously long and a 30 minute wait. WTF peeps? Ya’ll wanna go shooting on the same day at the same time now? Jebus. I was informed that my driver’s license had expired and technically they shouldn't let me on the range, BUT since I’m a member, it would slide THIS time. Thanks guys! We got lane 9 between two couples who couldn't shoot in the red at yards. Jebus. Either I'm getting MUCH better or they really stunk. Maybe it was a first date thing, I hear that's popular.
So now I have to get a new license. Today, went first thing to the DMV, or as Texas calls it: the Department of Public Safety. What they are trying to be safe about, I haven’t the foggiest. Monday morning and the line was at least 100+ people deep.
Left Hubster in the line (since he had to renew his as well) and went off to get some breakfast and a coffee. Came back with and got in line with him, he’d moved up quite a bit. He looks down at me and says “Really? You got Chik-Fil-A?” And I said loudly, “Oh crap. I bought homophobic food. Jebus!” *shakes fist at the sky* I only ate the chicken, threw the biscuit, tots and coffee away. Not that it makes it better, but it was symbolic. (The chicken died for my stomach, so I felt compelled to honor its death. The tater tots? Not so much.*)
Two hours later, we got out of there. But not before Hubs almost didn’t pass the eye test. That would have sucked.
A hysterical conversation about carrying a weapon and protecting one’s bum was had on the way home, but I cannot repeat any of it here. Let’s just sum up: I was right, he was not so right. My bum is insecure whilst walking to the truck after work.
So I get to work and Bueno told me that she’s looking for the Jew-pacabra and I almost lost it. You’ll have to ask her to explain, or read her blog if/when she posts it.
And this afternoon was wrapped up by a ridiculous conversation including super straight golf balls, why Chik-Fil-A would love them, Steve Carrell, and urinal cakes. I know... you have no idea how we got from Chik-Fil-A to urinal cakes either, but we did. JJ summed it up best with "I'm not going to take drinking advice from a urinal cake."
Finally, I had to get a new bike helmet to protect my "big brain" (as Hubs calls it) so I made a stop at Wally World. (Jebus, I hate Wally World.) I was hoping for a super cute, fun one, but they don't make them in adult sizes. So I ended up with this:
I think I have a Dudley Do-Right chin in this pic. But, as Bueno would say, my eyebrows look fantastic!
Until the West Nile mosquitos are gone and it's not Agent Orange rated allergens outside, my new helmet is living on The David.
*I wouldn’t eat tater tots anyway because they are bad for you and fattening and make me have to work out harder with Amazon Amy.
Well, maybe I had one or two...

Today is my birthday
I'm 34 today. It's not a special number or anything.
I didn't get any presents.
Or cards.
Turning 34 is interesting because 34 of my Facebook friends said some version of "Happy Birthday" on my timeline and some of them were pretty funny. (I liked Bueno's comment "This should be a National Holiday" the best.) It's National Clown Week. I effing HATE Clowns. And Zombies. Especially Clombies.
I had seven calls; three of which I was able to answer since I was at a work off site*. (KylAE, Devo and Brad actually got a hold of me. Kudos to Karla for the first call... and both Mom and Biggie Sue for singing. I totes saved the message from Glo cause not only did she 1) give birth to me but 2) has an awesome off-key and gloriously happy singing voice.) And my work peeps did wish me a HBD when I arrived. Not to mention, Trish the Dish spent 4 hours laboring over those those amaze-balls cinnamon rolls.
Two text messages. Devo gets bonus points for being the first to text and wish me a Happy Birthday, (before my husband BTW. 6:45 am!) and then following up with a call.
The Boopins didn't care as long as they got lovins when I got home.
Hubs gave me a big check to deposit into savings and then promised that we'd do something artsy with fine dining next weekend.
Am I the new Molly Ringwald, lamenting about her birthday in the digital age?
I guess I just wanted a candle on something. And people smiling at me that I was special today.
But I suppose all those HBD wishes I put on other peoples FB walls on their special day feel the same.
The older I get, the more I yearn for connection. Yet, as connected we are at a touch of the keypad, the less we are truly intimately bonded.
*I'd like to note that the new regime says we get to take off work for our birthday ... yet I still had to "work" on my birthday.
I didn't get any presents.

Music Monday - "In Your Light" by Gotye
Thanks to Bueno for today's selection.
It does sound rather early Wham-ish!
I posted the live version, so skip ahead to 1:20 for the song.

The Dating Game (not used by permission or even based in reality)
Goooooood evening ladies and gentlemen! Tonight's single lady is Ms. Fancypants who will be going on hypothetical dates with a variety of interesting lads. All so that she can fall in love and leave her job and become a woman of leisure. You with me? GREAT! Let's get started.
Bachelor Number One is a businessman who splits his time between Dallas and New York City. Born in Dubai, he went to Eton College and graduated Summa cum Laude from Oxford with a Masters in Business. Speaks fluent Arabic, Farsi, French and English (but with a lovely British accent... imagine him saying "herbs" and "collecting his belongings from the trolley".) Loves his parents and little sister, enjoys mountain hiking, dining out and listening 80s music. Meet... Ammon!
Ammon will fly you to NYC for the weekend. With separate suite rooms at the Waldorf to uphold your reputation, he'll wine and dine you, take you for a lovely afternoon at the Met, carriage ride through Central Park, sweet kisses at the top of the Empire State Building. His downfall? Well, he's just so damn NICE! Attractive? Yes. Wealthy? God yes. But just doesn't flutter your leg warmers. Sorry Ammon... time to try Bachelor Number Two!
Bachelor Number Two is a twenty-six year old Pharmaceutical Rep who moonlights as a fitness trainer. Surprisingly bright, he's an avid reader (well, he listens to books on tape as he runs. So that kind of counts.) He has also had some success developing products to remove unwanted body hair with some of the chemical creams he sells to plastic surgeons. (All on the down low - you need to know the secret word ... "mango".) He frequently travels to Baja for the surfing and dreams of riding the sweet waves in South Africa. Meet Brody!
Brody will pick you up in his door less Jeep and whisk you away to a little Mexican place he discovered one drunken evening. Incredibly flirtatious, he will gaze into your eyes (and likely at your legs) and ask you all about meaningless things. You'll have a great time and feel like a million bucks, until you realize he's wearing a silver cross around his neck. Nervously, you wonder if he's a Christian (which makes absolutely no sense when his hand is on your thigh and you're barely through your third Corona.) His answer? No ma'am, it's because of the vampires. You laugh heartily, but he doesn't join in. That's it Brody... belief in the undead is a deal breaker. Let's go ahead and meet Bachelor Number Three!
Bachelor Number Three is a soulful musician. He sings, plays the guitar and piano, and while his persona screams "rockabilly", he's actually more of a blues guy. Grew up in Georgia on a farm in the middle of nowhere, he's the youngest of seven brothers. (And oh yes, he has a loverly southern twang that could melt icicles off of Santa's netherbits.) Though he's a night person, he likes to spend his free time in the park flying a kite and spouting impromptu haikus about TV shows. Meet.... Jack!
Jack is a pretty chill dude. He'd take off his leather jacket and drape it around you if you're cold, then dance around you and sing a love song. He'll take you on the first date to a little speakeasy where you'd try absinthe, wax philosophically about Ayn Rand and The Peanuts, then laugh merrily as he takes the stage to perform a number inspired by your eyes. He's a good bloke. Sexy? Yes. Dresses well? You betcha. And he has perfectly coiffed hair. You run your hands through it to muss it up and he doesn't care. Is he a keeper? Who knows... but he doesn't own TV or have Internet capability. Plus, he sleeps on the floor with a duvet. Yeeeeaaaaaah, you're a little over that scene.
But that's all we've got for the Friday Evening Date Night! Tune in next week where we meet a Martial Artist, a Chef and a really hot guy who weaves baskets and chants.
Thanks folks! We outtie!

I Want My... I Want My... I Want My Freezy-Freeze
My three readers will remember a previous post ... The one where I asked for a disco ball at work. ... and my dreams finally came true!
Well, it wasn't a disco ball BUT A MINI FRIDGE! Huzzah!
We put it in the cube across from me that I dubbed "The Chill Cube" because people go in it, hang out, read magazines... and chill. (Well, they haven't chilled in a long while since we've been working our tushes off. And I'd like to think that hard work paid off since WE GOT A MINI FRIDGE!!!)

Look how pretty pretties! It's RED! And it holds stuff!
And this is the letter from our Management Team.
My job is awesome.

Overheard at the Office - Q1 2012
- You put “NO” because you’re not a felon. They don’t need to know the rest of that stuff, Grandma.
- I’d let Clinton knock me up. That’d be okay.
- You know if I go to the trouble to get up a tree, I’m going to do more than kiss there.
- Do it like I do my husband and take a bite of your beans.
- This was back in high school when everyone thought I was a lesbian.
- Yeah, but more like a Sales Associate Sandwich.
- I want a ghost to pinch me on the butt!
- Trish would be that butt pinching ghost.
- Onions remind me of armpit. And I won’t eat armpit.
- It hit horny… I mean FORNEY!
- What time is your three o’clock?
- Dude! Come have some beef with Stephanie. MOOOOO.
- Maybe it all goes back to Pangea when we were all the same continent.
- Oh my god Ivanny. CAN YOU EVEN DRIVE??!
- Well, get em filled and bring em in, I’ll buy em from you.
- I’m a dark white. You’re a light black.
- You’ve got poor blood circulation in your extremities. Not all of them. I love the big fat ones.
- And guys in closets… but not that kind of closet.
- It wasn’t a homoerotic barechested model, right?
- It has only taken me nearly 4 years to throw out ‘boobs’ in a meeting.
- I can only handle it in my mouth for so long.
- I need Clayton to suck my belly.
- We need pilots in hot pants.
- Hey, I’m all for moving bits, in the appropriate setting.
- Then we can say we’ve got Jake Ryan’s stool!
- I’d be a lollipop girl for $30.
- I’m being a feminist here! I don’t believe that we should segregate the sexes! Well, except for the bathrooms.
- Let me just make sure you get one thing straight missy, I’m a giver!
- Enrique got the clap from Tom?
- It’s unanimous. Get us the blue balls.
Trish is pretty much leading the charge on inappropriate things to say in office at this point. But Jamie is making up for lost time.

Bueno-burg Makes Her Theatrical Debut
Corporate Flexible Payroll, Barbara speaking. Just a moment. (Repeats that over and over)
Bueno comes up to Adame. Has a mug of coffee in hand, blue shirt and red suspenders. Yellow spotted tie. Bad 80s glasses)
BUENO
Hello, Adame. What's happening? Uh… we have sort of a problem here. Yeah. You appar-ently didn't put one of the new coversheets on your SFDC reports.
ADAME
Oh, yeah. I'm sorry about that. I, I forgot.
BUENO
Yeah. If you could just go ahead and make sure you do that from now on, that will be great. And Uh, I'll go ahead and make sure you get another copy of that memo. Mmmm, Ok?
She walks away.

Got so much love and even more theories
Was standing in the shower, rinsing the conditioner from my hair, and thought about how absurdly blessed I am that I was born in the US where a shower and conditioner is even available. How a majority of people in Africa have to fight for drinking water, let alone enough to be luxuriously letting a wave float over their hair and back. I'm so flipping lucky and I take it for granted. Bad G.
And then I sit at Book Club where I am spouting ridiculous theories to my peeps about why I can't take up photography because I have a dear friend who also takes pictures and I wouldn't want to infringe on her hobby. The dim sum waiters came and went, the conversation continued, and still I was reminded of my blessings in life.
I have it good. Amazingly good. I'm happy and have love all around me. So when I am dark and feeling blue, I need to remember those things.

2011 : The Wall Wrapup
Nothing good comes from condoms and woodchips.
I am Trish Farley. I can say these things.
He could be constipated for all I know.
Some people have dashing good looks, some people have hard nips. I have both.
So we keep tugging and never finish?
Kiril, come here so I can smell you.
Are you pregnant or just fat?
I’m a slutty slut.
(whispering) And we’re with a “black” guy!
Don’t you want to just touch it! – Yes, it amazes me.
I’ve gotten older with age.
I’ve give you some honey but my honey got hard
I have to use the bathroom (operated by…)
What did I learn last night? You’re much nicer when you’re drunk.
He’s screwing us with porcupine needles and no grease!
Does he whack people? – Depends on your interpretation of “whack”.
You had me at pilot.
How do you spell Pocahontas? - Very carefully.
Oh, I got a mouthful from a pilot - A mouthful of what?

What did I learn last night? You’re much nicer when you’re drunk.
He’s screwing us with porcupine needles and no grease!
Does he whack people? – Depends on your interpretation of “whack”.
You had me at pilot.
How do you spell Pocahontas? - Very carefully.
Oh, I got a mouthful from a pilot - A mouthful of what?

What I Learned in the month of December
On the 12th Day of Christmas, my workmates taught me...
Christmas trees are only "mildly" toxic.
There is no Gary Phenomenon.
Triple in Italian is triplo.
There are 17 carbs in a Grande Peppermint Mocha.
Mantequilla is Spanish for butter.
How to write my name in Macedonian.
Marketing accounts for 20 million US jobs.
Whooooooo is looking for a jaawwwwwwwb!
AKB48 is sixty Japanese girls singing.
Why Joe Black has an office.
It's good to bring in beer.
... and a partridge in a pear tree!

Whilst the bougeoius are napping...

Had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. I'm leaving for a vacation that has been six years in the making, booked back in April, and off to celebrate love and friendship with the Hubster and The Smiths.
So years later, we are finally going on ridiculously awesome vacation to Nassau, Bahamas. We even have personal butlers. This vacay is EPIC! I've been daydreaming about this for months. Wife Smith is actually going to make it out of the country for the first time. Hub Smith is going to have six days of quiet time with the wife (no little child to entertain.) My Hubs and I have... well, our own plans. :D
I've finally got bags packed, full of Bahamaian wear (swimsuits, sundresses and sunblock) and am so freaking excited that I don't think I'll sleep tonight.
So here's the rub. I had NO IDEA that October would be such a busy month for work. Maybe I should have known, paid much better attention last year on my first few months. I feel like leaving on this amazing experience is putting my colleagues in the lurch. I'm doing my best to get everything buttoned up; but as Murphy's Law would have it, every sh*t that could possibly hit the fan, has in fact, hit the fan. I have no idea what to do. Messy. Ewwwee.
Invariably, I will put undo work on my colleagues. I will be stressed about upcoming items and worry while I am away. I will freak out whether the Boopins are okay and happy. I will FREAK THE FREAK FLAG OUT!
Bueno reminded me that no one will die from our work, we are not brain surgeons, nothing TRULY bad will happen by being away. I'm not a Doctor. There is no REAL emergency. But as I sit here at 10pm wondering how I can make sure that no one is b*tch talking about me and cursing me while I am away (though that will happen anyway, am sure) I just don't want to be the burden. The one who leaves things hanging. That's not me. I'm too Type A for that.

The one in which I throw a temper tantrum at the bank
Missed a few Workout Wednesday reports, so let me sum up.
Work was a little crazy, planning lots of things and late afternoon meetings, so I missed a workout... or five. Had to reschedule with Amazon Amy twice, but she came at me with mad trainer juju in hour long sessions.
* Billy is Chris' friend from the Navy days. He's sobered up a lot in the last ten years. This is the dude who would get ridiculously drunk and kicked out of clubs, or in one case he was actually kicked out of Mexico. I'm not kidding! KICKED OUT OF MEXICO! A COUNTRY KNOWN FOR ITS TEQUILA! Hubster had to basically carry him across the border. Then he calls me at 4am and says "Can you come get us? We're at the border." I'm like, "Are you serious?? It's 4am!" So I drag myself out of bed, get in Gus the VW bug, and drive sleepily down to the border. There's Hubster and Billy, basically passed out on the side of the street. As soon as Billy gets in the car, he says "I think I'm going to puke." He takes a deep breath and then says "G? Can we get some Jack in the Box?" I am not kidding.
Work was a little crazy, planning lots of things and late afternoon meetings, so I missed a workout... or five. Had to reschedule with Amazon Amy twice, but she came at me with mad trainer juju in hour long sessions.
Amy: "You need to get more water into your body. Two gallons a day!"
Me: "Are you INSANE!?
Yes, we have established that she is insane. Brilliant, but insane. Super fit, but insane. Awesome trainer, but INSANE!)
So yesterday (Saturday) I dragged Hubster and Billy* to the gym for an early morning workout. I wogged** one mile on the treadmill first. Then started in on ab crunches, inner thigh contractions, quad pushes, calf pulls... then Amazon Amy showed up and put me through a final circuit with additional abs, back and then my least favorite, wiggley arms. What are wiggley arms? you might ask. Well, I will tell you! Stand up and put your arms out to the side, like you are making a T. Now shake your arms about. You know those wiggley bits on your upper arms that are bouncing about now? Those are the muscles that get worked during the wiggley arms exercise. Effing kills. Those muscles BURN!
So, long story short (too late) I got in a good workout. Hubster ran a mile in ten minutes and twenty-six seconds. He was beating himself up about the twenty-six seconds. Really wants to get back to a military ten minute mile. For a 41 year-old, having a six-pack and almost no body fat is pretty much as awesome as it gets. Don't worry about the twenty-six seconds! Heck, I wogged a sixteen minute mile. So there!
Other points to note about the weekend that have nothing to do with working out:
1) Freaked out at the bank and made a huge scene because I thought I had lost my passport. I could have sworn it was in my safety deposit box. When I checked and it wasn't there, I nearly lost it. Since we are leaving for Nassau, Bahamas in three days it's pretty damn important to have a passport. I immediately texted the girls that we had to cancel book club because I needed to get my ass home to find my passport. While driving like a madwoman home, Hubster found it in the file cabinent. Then, I called the girls back, but Daniela had already made other plans. Bueno was sick, and fasting for Yom Kippur, so she was out. Bodie was going to the Zoo or something with her daughter and mother. Rach was already on her way (hooray!) and Sherry Berry was headed up. So BCP was back on.
2) Book Club Peeps. The book was "One Fine Day' by ummm... someone. They just made it into a movie with Anne Hathaway and the dude from "Across the Universe". Jim Sturgess? Anyhoo, Rach didn't like it. Sherry Berry thought it was depressing. I didn't even finish it (and had talked to Daniela earlier in the week, she didn't finish it either.) I knew Bueno had liked it, so it's a bummer she wasn't there to tell us how she connected with it. Not sure what Bodie thought. But this is all a moot point since Rach, Sherry Berry and I spent a good hour and a half talking about what's going on in our lives - not the book. In fact, as we got our checks from the SERIOUSLY inattentive waitress at the Fillmore Pub, I said "Oh god, we haven't even talked about the book!" But as I mentioned, it was a very brief three minute discussion between us that we all couldn't get into it or didn't like it. Then we made our selection for next time: 'The Night Circus' by Emma Morgenstern. Looks good!
3) In a few hours, Joe Black is coming over to shoot our first consumer generated content spot. Basically, he finds the competitions online, then we decide which would make sense to enter. I brainstorm and come up with a bunch of concepts. Then we pick a few, I go back and write up scripts. Plan against those. Refine. Select location. Find talent. Shoot (Joe Black shoots, directs, etc. I'm just on set assistant.) Then he goes back and does his editing juju. We enter the competition and see what happens. We've got a production name (2C@ST) so that's good. It's not really about making money (although if we win, that's a nice chuck of change.) More about working on our craft. (I can't believe I just typed craft. That's so bougie! Whatevs.) It's using my creativity and working on my writing (beyond this bloggity blog blog.)
So my three readers, that about sums up. Maybe I'll get some blogging in on my vacay. Post some pics of Nassau to make you jealous. Or, more likely, I'm just going to be snorkeling all day, drinking, laying in the sun, and generally enjoying my hubs. (insert joke here)
Reeses Pieces.

**Wogged. Definition: a mixture between walked and jogged. Or wogging. "There I was on the treadmill, totally wogging, watching "The Big Bang Theory" on my iPad."
